优质教育视野下英国学院类学校的教育政策解读

Excellence for the Purpose: Interpretation of British Academy Policy

  • 摘要: 英国的学院类学校最早建立于2002年,至今走过了十几个春秋,取得了积极的成效。进入21世纪以来,虽然各届政府受到当时政治、经济、文化等诸多因素的影响,中央政府在中小学中的作用逐渐强化,地方当局的权力日渐式微,尤其是新一届保守党政府的激进转制,使中央政府控制基础教育的角色凸显,但学院类学校政策的宗旨却没有发生根本性转变,仍是为了提高中小学的教育质量,聚焦整体优质的教育,体现了其较强的连续性。以"优质"为核心支点的英国学院类学校政策,为我国中小学教育政策取向的确立提供了一定的启发。
