“双一流”建设背景下高校教师的专业发展
The Professional Development of University Teachers under the Background of “Double world-class”

摘要: 物质利益的驱动、内在发展诉求与外在评价的矛盾、各行其道与融合共生的文化区隔,已成为阻碍高校教师专业发展的三重挑战。在高校"双一流"建设背景下,高校教师的专业发展应以国家战略需求为发展取向,大力推行分门别类的评价机制及跨界融合的培养模式,尝试以教育生态学中的教育生态链思维、复杂思维和整体思维来解决高校教师专业发展所面临的关于价值取向、评价机制及发展模式等方面问题。Abstract: The lure of practicalbenefits, the contradiction between the internal need of development and external evaluation, and the cultural gap between individual development and symbiosis are the three challengesthat hinder the professional development of university teachers in the context of "Double World-Class Initiative". In the background of "Double World-Class Initiative", the professional development of university teachers should be based on the development logic of national strategic demand, and promote the evaluation mechanism of categorization and the training mode of cross-boundary integration. This paper attempts to offer solutions to the three challenges from the perspective of educational ecology:diversifying the path of university teachers' professional development with the thinking of educational ecology chain, constructing the evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional development with the ecological vision of complex thinking, and guiding the cooperative development of teachers' specialty with the ecological field of the whole thinking.
