教育是党之大计、国之大计;教师是立教之本、兴教之源。党的十八大以来,每逢教师节,习近平总书记都会通过各种形式向全国广大教师和教育工作者致以诚挚的慰问。2020年9月,在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的特殊时期,在全面打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键时刻,在第36个教师节到来之际,习近平总书记发表教师节重要寄语,不仅充分肯定了广大教师的贡献、责任和担当,对常态化疫情防控和教育教学工作作出重要指示,而且还对新时代教师队伍建设提出了殷切的期望。习近平总书记在不同时间、不同场合关于教师教育的一系列重要论述,为新时代教师队伍建设、全面加强新时代教师教育体系建设指明了方向。认真学习领会、全面贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教师教育的重要论述精神,对于全面推进新时代教师队伍建设,加强新时代教师教育体系建设,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,具有十分重要的意义。新时代教师队伍建设,要贯彻落实习近平总书记对广大教师的寄语以及关于教师教育的一系列重要论述精神,并将其作为进一步加强新时代教师队伍建设、推进教师教育学科发展的指导思想[1],着力打造有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实知识、有仁爱之心的高素质教师队伍。

摘要: 习近平总书记高度重视教师队伍建设,强调“教书和育人相统一,言传和身教相统一,潜心问道和关注社会相统一,学术自由和学术规范相统一”,希望广大教师要做“教育改革的奋进者、教育扶贫的先行者、学生成长的引导者”,从师道观、认识论、修养论、方法论四个方面提出了新时代的“新师说”,为教师教育指明了发展方向。新时代教师教育体系建设,要以习近平总书记关于教师教育的重要论述为指导,建立相应的落实机制:注重师德师风建设,铸就教师队伍建设之魂;深化教师培养模式改革,激活教师队伍建设之源;加强培训体系建设,强化教师队伍建设之阶。要注重加强师范院校教师教育体系建设,加大对师范院校的支持力度;积极推动高水平综合大学开展教师教育,深化教师培养供给侧结构性改革;逐步完善卓越教师培养计划,稳步推进师范类专业认证;加强职业教育教师队伍建设,打造“双师型”教师团队;促进信息技术与教师教育深度融合,助推互联网+教师教育创新行动。要积极践行“新师说”,奋力开创教师教育体系建设的黄金时代,努力实现向高素质、专业化、创新型教师队伍的全面转型。Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of teachers teams, emphasizing the "unification of teaching knowledge and educating people, the unity of teaching through words and teaching through model actions, the unity of seeking knowledge and concerning the society, and the unity of academic freedom and academic regulations". He hopes that teachers would become advocators of education reform, pioneers of promoting education in poverty alleviation, and the guides of students in their growth. In terms of the theories on teacher ethics, epistemology, cultivation and methodology, he also put forward the "New Teacher Theory" of the new era, which points out the development direction of teacher education. In the construction of teacher education system in the new era, we should follow the guide of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on teacher education and establish a corresponding implementation mechanism. First, we should focus on the construction of teacher ethics, deepen the reform of teacher training methods to stimulate the source of teacher construction, strengthen the construction of the training system and enhance the level of teacher construction. Second, we must strengthen the construction of the normal education system of normal colleges and increase support for normal colleges. We should actively promote teacher education in comprehensive colleges and universities, deepen teacher training, enhance supply-side structural reforms, gradually improve excellent teacher training plans, and steadily promote professional qualification certification for teacher training. We should strengthen the construction of vocational educators and establish a pool of "double-qualified" teachers. Measures should be taken to promote the deep integration of information technology and teacher education, and to promote "Internet + teacher education" innovation. We must work hard to implement the "New Teacher Theory" and work hard to create a golden age of teacher education system construction.
