顶岗实习生的一般自我效能感和应对方式关系研究
On Relationship between General Self-Efficacy and Coping Styles of Field Intern

摘要: 对河南省某师范院校360名顶岗实习生进行问卷调查，运用方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等统计方法，研究顶岗实习生的一般自我效能感、应对方式及两变量之间关系，结果显示：被试的一般自我效能感和应对方式无显著性别差异，但大三和大四不同年级间的一般自我效能感差异极其显著；被试的一般自我效能感和应对方式中的问题解决和求助两因子呈极其显著正相关，与忍耐、退避和发泄这3种应对方式呈显著负相关；被试一般自我效能感对采取何种应对方式具有一定的预测作用。Abstract: 360 questionnaires have been conducted to the normal university students in Henan Province to research field of intern's general self-efficacy and coping styles and the relationship between two variables with analysis of variance ,correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods .The result show s that the subjects of general self-efficacy and coping styles have no significant gender differ-ences ,but general self-efficacy significant difference in juniors and seniors ;subjects in general self-efficacy and coping styles of problem solving and help the two factors are extremely significant positive correlation , with patience ,retreat ,and out of the three coping styles are significantly negative correlation ;subjects in general self-efficacy on w hat approach has certain prediction effect .
