我国高校竞技体育管理体制改革进程中的社会心理阻碍因素研究

摘要: 在论述高校竞技体育管理体制改革进程中的各种社会心理阻碍因素的基础上，根据调查数据构建社会心理阻碍因素与改革绩效指标的结构方程模型，讨论管理者、高校教练员和运动员的社会心理阻碍因素对高校竞技体育管理体制改革绩效的影响。结果显示：高校竞技体育管理者对改革成效的质疑心理、政绩化心理倾向和决策侥幸心理等是影响高校竞技体育管理体制改革绩效的3个关键社会心理阻碍因素。Abstract: In face of the new historical period in the scientific development of colleges and universities ath-letic sports ,the main social psychological obstacle factors of the athletic sports management system refor-mation in universities have been analyzed ,and ,by means of the investigation data ,the SEM of social psy-chological obstacle factor and performances index built up ,and the influential effect of managers ,coach and athlete social psychological obstacle factor to performances of reformation discussed .The results show that the key social psychological obstacle factors of the universities athletic sports managementare the que-ry psychology ,administrative laurels tendency psychology of managers ,trusting to decision luck ,w hich is the reason to result in the performance of the colleges and universities athletic sports management system reformation .
