普洱茶没食子酸的提取分离工艺研究
On Extraction and Separation Technology of Gallic Acid in Pu'er Tea

摘要: 首先通过正交试验,得到普洱茶没食子酸的最佳提取条件为浸提温度90℃,浸提时间70 min ,固液比1∶24.然后又在该条件下,采用动态饱和吸附试验法比较了8种树脂对没食子酸的分离效果,结果表明,聚酰胺60100目和3060目树脂洗脱液中没食子酸质量分数较高,分别为63.65%和62.85%;其余6种大孔吸附树脂的没食子酸得率较低,HPD600最低,仅30.39%.与大孔吸附树脂相比,聚酰胺树脂更有利于从普洱茶中制备没食子酸.Abstract: Firstly ,through the orthogonal experiment ,the optimal extraction conditions of Gallic acid in Pu'er tea are at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 70 min ,with the ratio of liquid to solid of 1∶24 .Then under the optimal conditions ,the dynamic saturated adsorption test has been adopted to compare the separation effect of eight kinds of resins for Gallic acid .It has beenfound that the Gallic acid yield in the spent regen‐erants of polyamide of 60-100 mesh ,and resin of 30-60 mesh are higher ,63 .65% and 62 .82% respec‐tively ;that of the other six kind macro porous resins is lower ,that of HPD600 lowest ,only 30 .39% . Compared with macro porous resins ,polyamide resin is more conducive to prepare Gallic acid from Pu 'er T ea .
