不同梯度 N aHCO3处理对豌豆叶片生理指标的影响
Different Gradient NaHCO3 Treatment on Influence of Pisum sativum L .Leaf Physiological Indexes

摘要: 为研究豌豆幼苗在不同梯度碱胁迫(25,50,75,100,125 mmol/L NaHCO3)下生理指标,对胁迫处理8 d后的豌豆幼苗的叶片叶绿素质量分数、丙二醛(MDA)的浓度、抗氧化酶活性生理指标的变化情况进行了研究,结果表明:随NaHCO3胁迫浓度的增加,豌豆幼苗叶片叶绿素质量分数呈先升高后降低趋势,MDA的浓度呈增加趋势, 3种抗氧化酶SOD ,POD ,APX活性呈先升高后降低趋势,表明豌豆具有一定程度的抗盐性。

Abstract: The Pisum sativum L .seedling for 8 day under salt stress gradient (25 ,50 ,75 ,100 ,125 mmol/L NaHCO3 ) have been analyzed about chlorophyll content ,MDA content ,antioxidant enzyme ac‐tivity changes of the physiological indexes .The results show that with the increase of concentration of NaHCO3 stress ,chlorophyll content of Pisum sativum L .seedling shows first rise then lower trend ;MDA content shows the increase trend ;three kinds of antioxidant enzymes SOD ,POD ,APX activity first in‐creases and then decreases .In a word ,Pisum sativum L .resists salt stress in a certain degree . -
