我国东部产业向西转移的承接对策研究

摘要: 西部大开发政策实施十余年来，由于西部地区固有的比较优势，其承接东部产业转移的规模不断扩大。然而在西部地区经济快速发展的同时，产业转移也给西部地区的发展带来了许多问题。针对这些问题，从政策导向与承接对策两个方面，对西部地区承接东部产业转移的具体实施提出了建议。Abstract: Large‐scale implementation of the western development policy for decades ,due to the inherent comparative advantages in the western region ,has been undertaken in the eastern industrial transfer ex‐panding .However ,with rapid economic development in the West ,and with the development of industrial transfer western region ,many problems have been brought about .To solve these problems ,countermeas‐ures and policy guidance have been undertaken from two aspects ,and the specific implementation of the western region to undertake the eastern industrial transfer put forward their own proposals .
