线度和形状对纳米晶体弹性模量的影响

摘要: 利用具有可变形状的直角平行六面体形的纳米晶模型,应用固体理论,求出纳米晶的弹性模量的表示式.以纳米金刚石为例,探讨线度和形状对纳米晶弹性模量的影响.结果表明:纳米金刚石的弹性模量随原子数的增多而增大.原子数较少时,变化较快,且3种形状的弹性模量的差别较大;原子数较多时则相反.当原子数趋于无穷大时,形状引起的差别消失,都趋于块状晶体的结果.3种形状中,杆状的弹性模量修正量最小,而立方状的最大.在对弹性模量的影响方面,温度、线度、形状这3种因素中,以线度和形状的影响更显著.

Abstract: Based on solid theory and the nanocrystalline model with variable shape rectangular parallel hex‐ahedron ,the mathematical expression of the nanocrystalline’s elastic modulus has been concluded .In the case of nano diamond ,the nano crystal’s size and shape’s effect on its elastic modulus has been discussed , and the results show that the elastic modulus of nano diamond increased with the increasing atomic num‐ber .Moreover ,its elastic modulus varies more rapidly when the atomic number is less ,and the elastic modulus of three kinds of different shape has great difference ,but the difference caused by nano crystal’ shape w ould disappear w hen atomic number tends to infinity ,and all tended to the results of bulk crystal . Among the nano diamonds with three shapes ,the correction from rod‐shaped is less ,and the correction from cuboidal shape is less is greater .In a word ,the temperature ,size and shape can all influence nano crystal’s elastic modulus ,but ,the influence from size and shape are more significant .
