On Dynamic Behavior and Optimal Taxation Policy of a Cooperative System with Harvest

摘要: 研究了收获对互惠系统动力学行为的影响，并且引入税收作为控制变量，讨论了最优税收策略。首先分析了平衡态的存在性，其次对平衡态的稳定性进行了讨论，特别地，通过构造合适的Lyapunov泛函得到内部平衡态全局渐近稳定的条件，最后由Pontrayagin极大值原理研究了两种群的联合收获策略，并得到了税收对收获系统的影响和最优税收策略。Abstract: The effect of harvest on the dynamic behavior of a cooperative system has been studied .Taking tax as a control instrument ,the optimal taxation policy has been investigated .Firstly ,the boundedness of the system has been discussed .Secondly ,the existence of possible equilibria along with their stability have been analyzed .And lastly ,by Pontryagin's maximum principle ,the joint harvest strategy of the two popu‐lation has been studied and the optimal taxation policy has been obtained .
