农业院校生物学理科基地科研训练与创新人才培养模式--以华南农业大学国家生物学理科基地为例
Scientific Research Training and Cultivation of Innovative Students in National Science Base of Agricultural University---Using National Science Base of South China Agricultural University as an Example

摘要: 大学生科研训练是国家理科基地建设的基本要求，也是培养研究创新型人才的有效方式。华南农业大学生物学理科基地采取将科研训练纳入教学过程、科研训练导师制等多种措施，构建了立体化的科研训练体系。实践表明理科基地科研训练模式培养了大批生物基础知识扎实、实践动手能力强、科研创新意识突出的学生。Abstract: Scientific research training is one of the basic requirements for National Science Base ,w hich is also the most effective pattern to cultivate innovative talents . Several strategies were performed to strengthen the scientific research training in South China Agricultural University ,i .e .regarding scientific research training as one of the parts of teaching process ,implementing tutorial system for students ,con‐structing multi‐dimensional scientific research training systems .The practice showed that the scientific re‐search training model is very effective ,which cultivates numbers of outstanding students with excellent theoretical basis in biology ,stronger practical ability and prominent innovating awareness .
