食品专业博士研究生主文献资源库的建设探讨
On Construction of “Main Literature Resources”System for Ph.D.Studentsin Food Major

摘要: 通过分析当前食品专业博士研究生培养存在的问题,以西南大学首批试点学科专业主文献资源库建设为契机,结合食品专业特色,本着“侧重学科基础,紧扣学科主流,立足学科前沿,铸造学科特色”的遴选原则,探讨以专业发展为导向、以导师为指导主体的食品专业博士研究生主文献资源库的建设与完善,以加快食品专业高层次拔尖创新型人才的培养。Abstract: The “Main Literature Resource”system for Ph.D.students in Food Major has beenconstructed and explored when the following aspects are concerned:1 )analyzing current deficiencies in cultivating Food Major Ph.D.students;2)taking the opportunity of building“Main Literature Resource”system,or-ganized by South University,to the first batch of disciplines;3)combining with specialty features,and 4) focusing on academic foundations,maintaining major disciplines while standing at the front of disciplines and shaping discipline characteristics.The improving Food Major development and the usage of supervisors create the fundamentals of “Main Literature Resources”system.The goal of the constructing “Main Liter-ature Resources”system is to accelerate the cultivation of talents’high-level innovation in Food Major.
