摘要: 选取重庆主城区2010年开工建设的几个公租房片区为主要调研对象，以原因分析为基础，结合行为心理学等理论，主要围绕公租房住区景观破坏行为进行研究，从规划设计的角度探索重庆公租房住区环境优化设计的策略，为重庆公租房景观的建设、改造提供参考。

Abstract: The public rental housing in Chongqing is an open but complex system,and the occurrence of disruptive behavior of its inhabitants also have various causes.Several public rental areas in main city of Chongqing,which started construction in 2010,have been selected as the main research object.Combined the cause analysis with the behavioral psychology theories,the vandalism in the public rental residential landscape and strategy of developing the living environment by design from planning and design perspective have been studied.The outcome could provide a reference for the Chongqing public rental landscape con-struction and renovation. -
