摘要: 基于重庆巫山县26个气象站1981—2015年的逐日观测数据，利用温湿指数、人体舒适度等指标，分析了巫山的气候特征，评估了巫山主要景区的旅游气候资源.结果表明：巫山气候温和，雨量充沛，年平均气温18.3℃，年平均降水量1 029.5 mm，日照充足，湿度适中，气压宜人.县内海拔适宜，气候资源优异.同时，巫山独特的地形地貌形成了明显的立体气候特征，旅游气候资源丰富.低海拔的小三峡景区峡谷气候特征明显，四季旅游皆宜，具有春早、秋爽、冬暖、夏热的气候特色.巫山红叶平均观赏期长达41 d，自11月下旬一直延续到12月末.中海拔的神女景区夏季避暑条件优越，旅游舒适期长.高海拔的梨子坪森林公园高山气候显著，平均海拔1 800 m，最热月7月平均气温19.0℃，最冷月1月平均气温-2.0℃.根据以上评估结论提出了要保护好生态气候环境，充分开发利用旅游气候资源和加强生态旅游气象服务等对策建议.

Abstract: Based on the Daily data of 26 weather stations from 1981 to 2015 in Wushan County where is in the eastern Chongqing, we used indicators such as temperature and humidity index and human body comfortable index to analyzed the characteristics of climatic of Wushan, and evaluated the tourism climate resources of main scenic area in Wushan at the same time. The results show that Wushan has mild climate and abundant rainfall. The average annual temperature of Wushan is 18.3℃, and the average annual precipitation of Wushan is 1029.5mm.The climate resources are excellent in Wushan, where the sunshine is sufficient, the wind is gentle, the humidity is moderate, the air pressure is pleasant. Meanwhile, The unique topography of Wushan has formed an obvious three-dimensional climate feature, which is suitable for all seasons to travel. The low-altitude scenic area such as Three-gorges has a obvious canyon climatic feature, which has hot summers and warm winters. The average viewing period of the red leaves of Wushan lasts 41 days, which runs from late November to the end of December. The Mid-altitude scenic area such as "Shennv" has excellent cool summers,and a long comfortable period of Tourism in the year. The High-altitude scenic area such as "Liziping Forest Park" has a remarkable alpine climate. The average temperature of July is 19.0℃,which is the hottest month on the 1800m-high mountain. The average temperature of January is 2.0℃,which is the coldest month. According to the evaluation conclusion above, we put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions such as protecting the ecological climate environment, fully exploiting the tourism climate resources and strengthening ecotourism meteorological service.
