Abstract:
In this paper, an HBV and HCV coinfection model which considers treatment and injection of hepatitis B vaccine has been established. First, we have proved the positivity and boundedness of solutions, and obtain the condition of disappearance of the disease by constructing Lyapunov function. Then, according to the correlation property of Hurwitz matrix, we obtain the locally asymptotically stability conditions of the HBV-only equilibrium and HCV-only equilibrium.
