区县教师教育机构的发展定位与战略转型
Strategic Transformation of Teacher Education Institutions in Rural Districts and Counties

摘要: 区县教师教育机构在不同历史时期承担着教师业务培训、提高和教研科研的指导任务。新形势下,因整体定位不明晰和教师教育层次结构升级,导致区县教育机构的发展面临困境。重庆市提出了五大中心,即专业发展中心、教育研究中心、教学指导中心、资源汇集中心和教育文化中心的建设目标,以期推动区县教师教育机构走出困境,实现战略转型。

Abstract: The teacher education institutions in the rural district and counties have been responsible for improving teacher training and guiding teaching and scientific research in the different historical phases. It is now facing the challenges of development because of unclear orientation and structural upgrading of teacher. Chongqing has put forward “five teacher education centers”, that is the professional development center, the teaching and study center, the teaching guidance center, the resource center and the education and culture center, to help the teacher education institutions in the rural districts and counties out of dilemma and realize complete strategic transformation.
