摘要: 教师素质发展评价,是指借助于科学的手段,收集全面的信息,对教师的素质及其发展的水平和进程进行评判,发现和解决教师素质发展中存在的问题,为促进教师的素质发展提供依据的过程。人学基础即人的哲学方面的基础。教师素质发展评价的人学基础具有多方面的意义。当代教师素质发展评价中的人学主题有:教师的人性优化问题;教师作为人的素质问题;教师的个人价值问题。基于人学的教师素质发展评价原则有:尊重每一个教师;全面性;个性化。Abstract: Teacher quality development evaluation is the process in which we, with scientific means, collect allaround information, judge the teachers quality and the development level and course, find and solve the problems in teacher quality development, and provide teacher quality development with foundations. Homonology basis is the basis in the philosophy of human beings. The homonology basis of teacher quality development evaluation is of much significance. The homonological themes in contemporary teacher quality development evaluation include: the problem of the optimization of the teachers human nature; the problem of the quality of teacher as human beings; the problem of the teachers personal value. The principles of teacher quality development evaluation include: respect for every teacher, comprehensiveness and individuality.
