摘要: 就哲学内涵而言,卓越教师追求人格健全与完善、具有自我超越精神,能够演化一种“生生之意”的教育,并有“极高明而道中庸”的德性。从人格结构的角度来说,卓越教师具有责任意识、创新精神、国际视野、审美情怀与实践能力五种人格素养的基本特征,并论述了其内存的关联,把对卓越教师的人格结构理解为德、智、乐、能发展的综合。

Abstract: This thesis explores the target orientation and value connotation of prominent teachers education program. Concerning its philosophical connotation, prominent teachers are the ones who pursue sound personality and spirit of selftranscendence. They possess the virtue of smartness and moderation. Furthermore, they can hasten the vital education pattern. Finally, this paper demonstrates five kind of fundamental accomplishment of prominent teachers: the consciousness of responsibility, initiative spirit, international understanding, aesthetic sentiment and practical ability.-
