“云南省乡村中小学名师工作室建设有效性实现路径研究”课题组(以下简称“课题组”)为推动《云南省乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020年)》的进一步有效落实,向云南省教育主管部门提出了迅速启动建设“乡村名师工作站”的建议,认为建设“乡村名师工作站”可以较好地发挥区县名师工作室的辐射效能,将区县名师工作室的影响力拓展到乡村,发挥其在乡村教师中的作用,进而带动更多乡村教师快速成长。为确保“乡村名师工作站”的有效运行,课题组在前期调研和访谈的基础上,以学习共同体理论为指导,分析了“乡村名师工作站”的基本特征,并以此为基础,围绕“乡村名师工作站”启动后所面临的诸多问题和困难,进行了认真分析和思考并提出了相应的对策。

摘要: 要保证和提升"乡村名师工作站"建设和运行的有效性,就必须清晰地认识乡村地域背景及其基本特征。借鉴"中小学幼儿园名师工作室"建设的成功经验,提出建设中小学"乡村名师工作站"要着力解决好"主持人的遴选""内部管理机制的完善""学习资源的整合和利用""网络平台的建设与使用""特色亮点的打造""建设经费的落实"和"乡村教师的时间安排"等关键问题,同时给出了相应的对策和建议。另外,本文还探讨了课例分享、考察学习、互助交流、强化研修、案例实践等学习方式对"乡村名师工作站"的作用和意义。Abstract: In order to ensure and enhance the effectiveness of the construction and operation of the "Famous Rural Teacher Workstation", it is necessary to clearly understand the economic background and basic characteristics of the rural area, and learn from the successful experience of the "Studio of Primary, Secondary and Kindergarten Famous Teachers", and focus on solving problems related to the "host selection", "internal management", "integration and utilization of learning resources" "building and use of network platforms", "building of characteristic bright spot", " guaranteeing of construction funds" and "time control of rural teachers", and presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In addition, this paper also discusses the role and significance of learning methods such as class example sharing, investigation and study, mutual communication, problem study and case practice on "Rural Famous Teacher Workstation".
