模拟酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢的影响

摘要: 研究了模拟酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢 的影响.结果表明:杜仲叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD) 和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在春夏两季均随酸雨pH值的降低而先升后降;随酸雨降雨量增大和 胁迫时间的延长,3种保护酶受抑情况夏季较春季严重,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量 与酸雨pH值呈显著负相关;春夏两季氮代谢关键酶硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷酰胺合成酶(GS) 活性在一定pH值酸雨胁迫下随酸雨pH值降低而降低,夏季2种酶活性下降率比春季高;可溶 性蛋白质和总氮含量春夏两季也随酸雨pH值降低而降低(夏季可溶性蛋白质含量与pH值呈正 相关).由此可见,酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢产生了显著影响.Abstract: The effects of simulated acid rain on lipid peroxidation of membrane and N-metabolism of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were stu died in spring and summer. It was showed that the activities of three kinds of p rotecting enzymes(SOD, CAT, POD)increased and then decreased with declined pH values of acid rain in spring and summer ,and the acid rain restrained the acti vities of these enzymes in summer more seriously than that in spring and the con tents of MDA ware negatively correlated with the pH values of acid rain. It was also found that under a certain pH value of acid rain stress the activities of N R and GS decreased in spring and summer with declined pH values of acid rain and the decreasing rates in summer ware higher than those in spring. At the same ti me, in spring and summer the contents of soluble protein and total nitrogen decr eased with declined pH values of acid rain(the contents of soluble protein in su mmer ware positively correlated with it). These results indicated that the simul ated acid rain had significant effects on lipid peroxidation of membrane and N- metabolism of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
