超灵敏葡萄糖生物传感基于自组装纳米金和(3-巯基丙基)-三甲氧基硅烷凝胶溶胶
Glucose Based on Self-Assembling Gold Nanoparticles and MPS Sol-Gel

摘要: 采用一种新颖的方法将(3-巯基丙基)-三甲氧基硅烷凝胶溶胶、纳米金和葡萄糖氧化酶自组装于金电极表面,制得了高灵敏度的葡萄糖生物传感器.实验表明固定在三维网状的凝胶溶胶中的葡萄糖氧化酶和纳米金颗粒具有很强的稳定性并且能够保持自身的活性.本实验采用Co(bpy)33+作为电子媒介体,峰电流值与葡萄糖浓度在8.0×10-1o~4.2×10-8 mol/L成线形关系,检测下线为3.0×10-100mol/L(S/N=3).Abstract: A novel method for glucose biosensor based on self-assembling monolayers(SAMs) formation of glucose ox-idase(GOD)-gold nanoparticles-(3-mercaptopropyl)-trimethoxysilane(MPS) sol-gel on gold substrate is described in this work. The GOD and gold nanoparticles immobilized on MPS gel were stable and retained its functional activity.With using Co(bpy)33+ as a mediator, the peak currents were proportional to the glucose concentration from 8. 0 ×10-10 to 4.2× 10-8 mol/L and the detection limit was as low as 3. 0× l0-10 mol/L(S/N=3) toward glucose.
