基于“三圆环事故致因理论”的危险化学品安全管理分析

摘要: 首先指出了当前新建本科院校实验室危险化学品安全管理中的6个环节存在的主要问题，随后通过“三圆环事故致因理论”详细分析了危险化学品管理过程中诱发事故的因素，指出人的不安全行为是引发事故的直接原因。最后关于危化品安全管理提出了预防措施，以期有效保护师生员工的生命财产安全，构建和谐校园，维护社会的安全稳定。Abstract: T he main problems of six aspects of laboratory safety management of dangerous chemicals , which exist in new colleges at present ,have firstly been put forward in this paper .Then ,the factors resul‐ted in accidents of dangerous chemicals in the process of management w ere analyzed by "three ring accident causing theory"in detail ,and pointed out the direct cause of the accident was attributed to the unsafe be‐havior .Finally ,some preventive measures were brought forward about how to manage the dangerous chemicals for safety ,in order to protect the staff's life and property safety ,build a harmonious campus , and maintain the security and stability of society .
