低频振动介入太极拳无极式练习对肌肉生物力学特征的影响研究

On Effects of Low Frequencies Vibration Training with Promise-Style Taichi Exercise on Sensory Nerve and Muscle Performance

  • 摘要: 探讨振动介入太极拳无极式对受试者触觉灵敏度、本体感觉及神经肌肉功能的影响机制.将24位健康男大学生随机分为太极拳与低频振动组(TCV)、单纯太极拳组(TC)及控制组(CON),通过为期12周、每周3次的干预训练.并于训练前、后对各组别的触觉灵敏度、伸膝肌本体感觉及神经肌肉功能等指标进行测试.结果表明:1) TCV及TC两种训练模式均能显著提升受试者触觉灵敏度及本体感觉机能,但TCV模式对两项指标的提升效率优于单纯TC模式;2) TCV训练模式对膝关节最大等长肌力矩有显著效果,而TC训练对此效果不明显,TCV及TC均对降低目标力矩误差比率有效,但TCV比TC模式效率更优;3) TCV及TC两种训练模式对提升普通健康大学生下肢爆发力有效,但TCV训练模式效率更优.因此,12周太极拳无极式辅以低频振动刺激训练,对于有效增进触觉敏度、本体感觉、肌力控制以及爆发力等表现均比单纯太极拳训练更具成效.
