优质食用型甘薯新品种“渝薯99”的选育及其应用分析

摘要: 介绍了优质食用型甘薯新品种“渝薯99”的生产力、主要经济性状鉴定结果及其应用价值分析.在2005-2006年重庆市甘薯品种区域试验中,“渝薯99”鲜薯产量为26430.00kg/hm2,比对照“南薯88”减产6.08%;在2008年重庆市甘薯品种生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为49658.50kg/hm2,比对照增产2.3%.该品种薯块烘干率24.72%,淀粉含量15.76%,蛋白质1.98%,可溶性糖8.71%,β胡萝卜素含量为每100g鲜薯4.01mg,比对照品种“南薯88”高2.03mg.薯块萌芽性好,单株结薯2~4个,上薯率85%以上.该品种薯形美观、桔红肉色,食用品质优,可作为食用、食品加工用甘薯新品种加以推广与利用.Abstract: The productivity and essential economical characters of the new sweetpotato variety “Yushu99” have been introduced in this paper . The yield of fresh storage roots in Sweetpotato Varieties Regional Trial in Chongqing from 2005 to 2006 is 26 430 .00 kg/hm2 ,and the yield of fresh storage roots in Sweet Potato Varieties Production Trial in Chongqing in 2008 is 49 658 .50 kg/hm2 .The content of starch is 15 .76% ,protein 1 .98% , soluble sugar 8 .71% in the fresh storage root of “Yushu99”.“Yushu99”has a good bud bursting .Its number of storage root per plant is from 2 to 4 .Its rate of weight above 100 g storage root to total storage root weight is over 85% .In a word ,“Yushu99” would be used for food and food processing because of its beautiful appearance and orange flesh of storage roots .
