无位置传感器无刷直流电机驱动控制系统设计
On Design of Sensorless Drive Control System of Brushless DC Motor

摘要: 针对传统有位置传感器无刷直流电机成本高、可靠性低、在环境恶劣场合无法使用的问题,设计了一种基于PIC18F452的电动车用无位置传感器无刷直流电机驱动控制系统,采用IR2130驱动电路,利用相电压实现反电动势过零检测,对系统的主要硬件电路及软件方案进行了设计。该系统能准确地实现过零检测,具有良好的调速性能及较好的实用价值。Abstract: Due to the problems of high cost ,low reliability and non-work of traditional sensor BLDCM in harsh situation ,this paper copes with the design of a sensorless drive control system ,which ,based on PIC18F452 ,is used for electric vehicle .With IR2130 drive circuit ,this system detects the zero-cross of counter electromotive force by phase voltage .In addition ,the hardware circuit and software solutions have been designed in this paper .With a good speed regulating performance and better practical value ,this sys-tem can accurately realize the zero-cross detection .
