大学生自尊与拖延:时间管理倾向的中介效应
On College Students'Self-Esteem and Procrastination:Mediating Effect of Time management Disposition

摘要: 采用Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)、青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和Aitken拖延问卷(API)对508名大学生进行调查,探讨时间管理倾向在自尊与拖延关系中的中介效应,结果表明:①大学生自尊、时间管理倾向与拖延的相关系数分别为-0.28(p<0.001)、-0.56(p<0.001),自尊与时间管理倾向之间的相关系数为0.46(p<0.001);②自尊对拖延没有直接作用,但可以通过时间管理倾向间接影响拖延,即时间管理倾向在自尊与拖延的关系中起着完全中介作用,中介效应与总效应之比为80.4%.Abstract: In this study ,508 college students have been recruited to complete the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (SES) ,Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD) and Aitken Procrastination In-ventory (API) to test the mediating effect of time management disposition between self-esteem and pro-crastination .The results are as follows :1) College students'self-esteem ,time management disposition has significantly negative relation with procrastination respectively ,the correlation coefficients are -0 .28 (p<0 .001) and -0 .56(p<0 .001) ,and there is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and time management disposition ,the correlation coefficient is 0 .46(p<0 .001);2) Self-esteem has no direct effect on procrastination ,but has indirect influence through the time management disposition ,that means time management disposition exists fully mediating effect between self-esteem and procrastination .
