不同水氮条件对燕麦氮素吸收转运和积累的影响
摘要: 为寻求燕麦的氮水高效利用机制,以内蒙古主栽的2个燕麦品种白燕2号和白燕7号为试验材料,在灌溉和干旱条件下分别设3个不同氮素处理,考察燕麦在不同水肥条件下对氮素吸收运转和积累的影响。结果表明:施氮量对植株吸氮量、籽粒产量存在较大影响。相同施氮条件下,成熟期植株的氮素积累量在灌溉条件下明显多于干旱条件下;随施氮量增加,植株成熟期氮素积累量增多,各营养器官中氮素的积累量增加;而氮素转移效率、转运氮贡献率、氮素利用效率不随施氮量的增加而发生明显的变化,增施氮肥反而会对氮素转移、转运和利用产生抑制作用。由此得出只有适量施氮时才可能获得较高的氮素利用率。

Abstract: An experiment has been carried out to study the effect of different water and nitrogen condition on nitrogen absorption , translocation and accumulation of different oat cultivars Baiyan2 and Baiyan7 , widely planted in Inner Mongolia ,which different in nitrogen treatment ,at irrigation and drought ,and al‐so to seek the mechanism of efficient use of water and nitrogen of oats .The results show that ,nitrogen treatment has great influence on plant nitrogen absorption ,grain yield .Under the same nitrogen applica‐tion condition ,plants nitrogen accumulation of irrigation is obviously more than that of drought at matu ‐ring stage ;with the increase of nitrogen ,plants nitrogen accumulation increase at maturing stage ,nitrogen in vegetative organs accumulation increase ; there is no significant change on the efficiency of nitrogen translocation ,nitrogen contribution rate ,use efficiency of nitrogen with the increase of nitrogen ,if the ni‐trogen is over more ,it would restrain the nitrogen translocation and utilization .So the right amount of ni‐trogen would assure higher nitrogen utilization .
