ELISA 抗原检测与荧光 RT-PCR快速诊断猪瘟的比较研究

摘要: 为找出临床上猪瘟快速、有效的诊断方法，对荣昌县2个猪场出现的40头临床症状疑似猪瘟的病猪进行病理剖检，结果证实有8头病猪出现猪瘟典型症状．采集40头病猪的血样，进行 ELISA 猪瘟抗原检测和荧光 RT‐PCR 猪瘟核酸检测，结果显示 ELISA 抗原检测检出7份血样为猪瘟抗原阳性，阳性检出率为87.5％；荧光 RT‐PCR 核酸检测出4份血样为阳性，阳性检出率为50％．该结果证实，ELISA 猪瘟抗原检测的阳性检出率比荧光RT‐PCR 核酸检测更高，建议临床上采用 ELISA 抗原检测的方法进行猪瘟的快速诊断．Abstract: The fast and effective diagnosis method should be found out for CSF .Through autopsy ,8 sick pigs showed typical CSF symptoms from 40 sick pigs in two farms of Rongchang which were suspected CSF in clinical symptoms .40 plasma samples were collected from the sick pigs .ELISA antigen detection and Fluorescence RT‐PCR nucleic acid detection were performed by CSF .The result showed ,7 plasma samples were CSF antigen positive by ELISA antigen test .The positive detection rate was 87 .5% .4 plas‐ma samples were CSF nucleic acid positive by Fluorescence RT ‐PCR nucleic acid test .The positive detec‐tion rate was 50% . The results confirmed that ,the positive detection rate by ELISA antigen test was higher than Fluorescence RT‐PCR nucleic acid test .We suggested that ,ELISA antigen test could be used for rapid diagnosis of CSF in clinical .
