摘要: Higher mathematic ,as a very important public basic course of colleges of science and engineer‐ing , plays a significant role for students in science and engineering colleges . It mainly introduces the knowledge of one variable and multivariable calculus ,and relates to a special kind function ———power and exponent function .It is very difficult for students how to compute the derivative of this kind function . Thus ,a profound discussion has been given in this paper on how to teach well the derivative of power‐ex‐ponent function .
