On Construction of Well-off Sorts Development Mode in Chongqing on Background of “One Lap with Two Wings”

摘要: 运用文献研究、数理统计、访谈调查等方法，从相关概念出发，对重庆市“一圈两翼”发展战略和重庆市整体体育发展情况进行研究。分析了“一圈两翼”构想与重庆市小康体育建设的互动关系，并提出构建重庆市小康体育发展模式的依据，在此基础上构建了重庆市小康体育的发展模式，为重庆市小康社会建设提供参考。

Abstract: By means of literature study ,mathematical statistics ,interviews and other methods ,and from the perspective of related concepts , research has been done on development of the w hole sports in Chongqing city one circle and two w ings development strategy and Chongqing City .Analysis of the“inter‐action between a circle and two wings”concept and the Chongqing sports development ,and the theoretical basis for the construction of well‐off sports in Chongqing City has been put forward on the basis of con‐structing the development model of Chongqing City of well‐off sports in order to contribute meager strength for building a well‐off society in Chongqing City and the theory reference by building the develop‐ment mode of Chongqing City of w ell‐off sports .
