基于普鲁士蓝纳米粒子的形成利用共振瑞利散射技术测定盐酸土霉素

摘要: 在pH值为1?4的盐酸溶液中,盐酸土霉素将 Fe3+还原成 Fe2+, Fe2+能与[Fe (CN )6]3-反应生成Fe3[Fe(CN)6]2络合物,并进一步聚集形成普鲁士蓝纳米粒子。该纳米粒子的形成导致共振瑞利散射强度显著增强,最大散射波长位于380 nm ,RRS的增强值(ΔIRRS )在一定范围内与盐酸土霉素的质量浓度成正比。同时,该方法操作简单、快速,具有较宽的线性范围和高的灵敏度,线性范围为0?05~1?5 mg/L ,检出限为8?62μg/L 。据此,基于普鲁士蓝纳米粒子的形成,建立了利用共振瑞利散射技术测定盐酸土霉素的新方法。研究了这一反应体系的RRS光谱,探究了最佳反应条件并考察了干扰物质的影响。同时,将该方法用于盐酸土霉素实际样品的检测,得到了满意的结果。此外,还初步探讨了该体系的反应机理和RRS增强的原因。Abstract: In pH 1 .4 HCl solution ,oxytetracycline (OTC) can reduce Fe3+ to Fe2+ ,which further reacts with [Fe(CN)6 ]3 - to form Fe3 [Fe(CN)6 ]2 complexes ,and these complexes finally aggregate to form Prus_sian blue nanoparticles .The formation of these nanoparticles results in a significant enhancement of reso_nance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectrum .The maximum RRS wavelength is located at about 380 nm . The increment of RRS intensity ( IRRS) is directly proportional to the concentration of OTC within a cer_tain range .This method has a simple operation ,high sensitivity ,and a wide linear range which is 0 .05-1 .5 mg/L .The detection limit (3σ/slope) for OTC is 8 .62 μg/L .According to this phenomenon ,a new method for determining oxytetracycline based on the formation of Prussian blue nanoparticles by resonance Rayleigh scattering technique has been established .In this work ,the characteristics of RRS spectra of this reaction have been studied .The optimum reaction condition and influencing factors have been investigated . This method has been applied to the determination of OTC in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory re_sults .In addition ,the reaction mechanism and the reason of RRS enhancement have been explored .
