光合细菌菌剂对黄冠梨土壤微生物区系及果实品质的影响

摘要: 以黄冠梨为材料,分别研究了在根部施用和叶面喷施光合细菌菌剂对土壤微生物群落、土壤酶活力、土壤养分、梨树根活力、叶片营养和果实品质的影响.结果表明:1)根部施肥改善了土壤的pH和速效磷质量分数,显著增加了有益微生物菌群数量,提高了土壤酶活力和根的活力,增加了有效氮、有效钾和有机质的质量分数;2)叶面、根部施用菌液改善了叶片一些营养元素的质量分数,其中叶片中Ca元素的质量分数分别显著提高了20.5%,15.9%,Mg元素的质量分数提高了7.1%,3.9%,Fe元素的质量分数提高了131.2%,20.1%,在改善梨树叶片中、微量元素营养上叶面施肥效果更好;3)在梨果实品质方面,叶面施肥和根部施肥较对照改善了果皮亮度,增加了中、微量元素的质量分数,提高了果实内外品质,其中单果质量、可溶性蛋白、维生素C和Zn元素质量分数皆显著增加.试验说明:在改善外观品质方面叶面施肥优于根部施肥,而在内在品质方面,根部施肥效果更好.
On Effects of Inoculant of Photosynthetic Bacterica on Soil Microbial Community and Fruit Quality of ‘Huangguan’ Pear

Abstract: The effects of inoculant of photosynthetic bacterica treatmentsthrough root fertilizing or leaf fer‐tilizing on soil micro‐environment ,soil enzyme activity ,fruit quality and elements concentrations in leaves of ‘huangguan’ pear ,have been studied .The results show that ,1) through root fertilization ,microbial fertilizer improved the pH of soil and the content of available phosphorus ,but not significantly ,while sig‐nificantly enhanced the different beneficial microorganisms of soil ,available nitrogen ,available potassium and organic matter content and root vigor ;2) the amounts of nutritional elements in leaves were increased through both root fertilization and leave fertilization ,the content of Ca was significantly increased by 20 .5% ,15 .9% respectively though these two different ways ,Mg element content significantly increased by 7 .1% ,3 .9% ,Fe element content significantly increased 131 .2% ,20 .1% ,Zn element content signifi‐cantly increased 98 .1% ,3 .4% ;3)the fruit quality of the pear was developed by microbial fertilizer through both ways compared with the control group .The Levels of Reducing sugar ,soluble protein ,solu‐ble sugar ,titratable acidity ,and vitamin C ,Zn element were significantly increased by both ways .How‐ever ,leave fertilization could produce better facial effect than root fertilization w hile root fertilization could produce better inherent quality .
