H12[P2 Mo12V6O62]?12 H2O 催化合成乙酸正丁酯的研究

摘要: 合成了Dawson型H12[P2 Mo12 V6 O62]?12H2 O杂多酸,采用红外、X射线、热重表征了其结构;讨论了杂多酸催化合成乙酸正丁酯的催化剂质量分数、醇酸物质量比和反应时间3个变化因素,利用3因素3水平正交实验L9(33),考察反应条件对酯化率的影响,得出最佳反应条件为醇酸物质的量比为1.2∶1,催化剂质量分数为0.4%,反应时间为4 h .Abstract: Dawson type heteropoly acid H12[P2Mo12V6O62]?12H2O has been synthesized and its structure been characterized by IR ,XRD and TG .Considered as heteropoly acid catalyst in synthesis of n‐butyl ace‐tate ,the influence of three factors of catalyst concentration ,molar of alcohol to acid and reaction time on the esterification rate have been discussed by developing orthogonal pilot program L9 (33 ) .The optimum conditions w hich determined by orthogonal experiment are as follow s :the molar ration of acetic acid to n‐butanol was 1 .2∶1 ,weight of heteropoly acid was 0 .4% of total weight ,reaction time was 4 h .
