猪舍在不同开窗方式下的气流场模拟研究
摘要: 对于利用自然通风的畜禽舍,开窗方式对舍内空气流动状态、温度、湿度、有害气体浓度有重大影响。建立平顶式、单坡式、双坡式、钟楼式和半钟楼式5种不同开窗方式下的猪舍模型,基于CFD计算平台 Fluent软件对自然通风条件下不同类型的猪舍在不同开窗方式下舍内的气流场进行了模拟研究。结果表明:猪舍类型与开窗方式相同的情况下,开孔率越大,舍内进气量越大,越利于自然通风;猪舍类型与开孔率相同情况下,适当增加开窗数量,尤其是增加进气窗口数量,有利于调节气流在舍内形成良好的气流组织;开孔率及开窗方式相同情况下,平顶式与半钟楼式猪舍通风效果较好。研究结果可为猪舍设计提供参考。
Simulation Research on Piggery′s Airflow Field Under Different Window Layout
Abstract: For the animal building of natural ventilation ,the window layout has a significant impact on the indoor air flow conditions ,temperature ,humidity ,concentration of harmful gases .This article has estab-lished flat roof ,single slope ,double slope style ,bell tower roof and half bell tower roof piggery in five dif-ferent window layouts ,and simulate airflow field inside the different types of piggery under different win-dow layout using Fluent software .The results show that ,to the same piggery with same window layout , the greater the windowing ratio the more natural ventilation is got ;to the same piggery with same windo-wing ratio ,increasing the number of window ,especially the inlet window ,could help regulate the airflow inside the piggrey to form a good airflow ;and to the piggery with same windowing ratio and window lay-out ,the types of flat roof and half bell tower roof have better performance in ventilation than others .
