人工接种棉花黄萎病菌种子包衣效果研究

摘要: 人工接种中等致病力的棉花黄萎病菌(VD),再用不同组分的种衣剂包衣处理种子,结果以20,克·福·多+0.1,消菌灵的效果最优,相对防效达65.6,,比标准对照药卫福40,200FF(相对防效为60.3,)增加5.3,,667m2产皮棉80.8kg,比对照增产34.7,,比卫福增产4.4,。

Abstract: The spores of Verticillium dahliae Kleb with medium pathogenity were artificially inoculated onto the seeds of cotton before they were coated with different types of seed coating agents. The results showed that the anti- fungal effect of the seed coating agent was the best which contained 20% carbofuran- thiram- carbendazin plus 0.1 Xiao Jun Ling- a newly developed fungicide, its relative control effect being as high as 65.6%,or a 5.3% increase as compared with that of vitavax 200FF(60.3% )-a standard Ameriean seed coating agent. Lint cotton yield per mu was 80.8 kg,being 34.7% and4.4% higher than the blank control and the vitavax 200FF treatment. -
