生殖激素制剂对母猪早期妊娠诊断效果研究
STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF A REPRODUCTIVE HORMONE PREPARATION ON THE EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF PREGNANCY IN SOWS

摘要: 应用PMSG制剂对52头配种后14d～26d的母猪进行早期妊娠诊断，在5d内妊娠与未妊娠母猪的确诊率均为100，。并确定了用PMSG制剂对母猪进行早期妊娠诊断时的判定标准。用该制剂对母猪进行早期妊娠诊断的最佳时间是配种后14d～17d。且用该法进行检测不会造成母猪流产，母猪产仔数及仔猪发育均正常。检出的未妊娠母猪在注药后5d内即正常发情，配种后可以正常受胎、产仔，且不影响母猪以后的发情和受胎，具有早期妊娠诊断和诱导发情的双重效果。该试验还对PMSG剂诊断法与超声波诊断法的应用价值进行了比较。Abstract: PMSG, a reproductive hormons preparation, was applied to 52 sows for early diagnosis of pregnacy. The accuracy rate of diagnosis either for pregnant or non- pregnant sows wss 100% in 5 days. The judgement standards for early diagnosis of pregnancy in sows with the PMSG preparation were established. The optimum time for the uae of the preparation for early pregnancy diagnosis was sbown to be 14 ～ 17 days after mating.This method caused no abortion in the examined sows and their litters and the development of their baby pigs were normal.the sows that were determined as non- pregnant were induced to express normal estrus 5 days after tbey were injected with this preparation and they were comceived after mating. So,the preparation has a dual effect:it can be used for early diagnosis, on the one hand, and it in the non-pregnant sows,on the other,PMSG preparation and the conventionally used ultrasonic diagnosis are compared for their application value.
