间接血凝试验检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体
DETECTION OF ANTI- BODY TO PORCINE REPRODUCTIVE AND RESPIRATORY SYNDROME VIRUS (PRRSV) BY INDIRECT HAEMAGGLUTINATION ASSAY(IHA)

摘要: 以猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)病毒致敏猪红细胞作诊断液，用间接血凝试验(IHA)检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体。检测了可疑猪场80份血清样本，PRRS阳性32份，阳性率40，，与ELISq试验比较符合率98，。用此方法检测PRRS疫苗免疫猪血清，发现其抗体水平在初免后15天升高，二免后15天达最高峰，二免后45天抗体水平消失。Abstract: Indirect haemagglutination assay(IHA) was made to detect the anti - bodies to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus ( PRRSV), using pig red blood cells that had absorbed pure PRRSV. Eighty serum samples of exposed pigs in the pig farm were examined, and32samples were found to be positive to PRRS, the positive rate being 40%. The coincidence rate with ELISA was as high as 98% .When 4 serum samples of the pigs immuned by PRRS - modified vaccine were detected with IHA, anti - body appeared 15 days after the first inoculation,reached its maximum on the 15th day after the second inonulation and disappearcd completely on the 45th day after the second inoculation. Such results suggest that IHA can be used for PRRS dliagnosis.
