用正交实验优化真菌激发子提高虫草菌素含量
OPTIMIZATION OF FUNGAL ELICITORS BY AN ORTHOGONAL LAYOUT TO ENHANCE CORDYCEPIN PRODUCTION

摘要: 用2株不同的真菌激发子粗提物(CEF)在菌丝生长的不同阶段对蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris 97-0706)菌株进行处理.结果表明:在发酵前(0 h)首先加入80 μg/mL的疫霉(Phytophthora sp.YL)菌株粗提物(CEFY),发酵了72 h后,再加入80 μg/mL的曲霉(Aspergillus sp.P6-1)菌株粗提物(CEFp),再共同发酵120 h,收集菌丝,97-0706菌株的虫草菌素含量可达到20.12 mg/g(P<0.01),是对照的5.2倍.

Abstract: Cordycepin fermentation of Cordyceps militaris 97-0706 was treated with two different fungi crude elicitor fractions (CEF) at different phases of mycelial growth. The results showed that 80 μg/mL of Phytophthora sp. YL crude elicitor fraction ( CEFY ) was first introduced into shake flask culture at 0 h ( the beginning of fermentation), then 80 μg/mL of Aspergillus sp. P6-1 crude elicitor fraction (CEFp) was introduced at 72 h, mycelia were harvested after 120 h of CEFY and CEFp corporate treatment, the cordycepin production from Cordyceps militaris 97-0706 mycelia was as much as 20.12 mg/g ( P < 0. 01 ) , which was 5.2 times more than the control ( no CEF treatment). -
