摘要: 建立并研究了一个考虑抗体免疫及免疫损害的慢性病毒感染模型. 当病毒基本再生数大于某个阈值时, 系统呈现双稳性态. 理论分析及数值模拟表明, 通过某段有限时间的治疗可以实现长期免疫控制, 从而避免疾病进一步发展.

Abstract: A chronic viral infection model with humoral immunity and immune impairment is proposed and studied. The system can exhibit a bistable behavior if the basic reproductive number of the virus is above a certain threshold. By theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, it is shown that a phase (or some phases) of therapy could shift the patient from a disease progression to a long-term immune control. -
