高锰酸钾褪色分光光度法测定白藜芦醇

摘要: 在pH=1.8~2.5的酸性介质中,高锰酸钾与白藜芦醇发生氧化还原反应,使高锰酸钾溶液褪色,最大褪色峰位于525 nm处.白藜芦醇在0~2.2×10-5 mol/L的浓度范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.27×104L/(mol·cm).方法快速、简便,具有较高的灵敏度,可用于某些天然药物中白藜芦醇的分光光度测定.

Abstract: In pH 1.8-2.5 BR buffer medium, the oxidation-reduction reaction between potassium permanganate (KMnO4) and resveratrol (Res) makes the color of KMnO4 fade. The maximum fading wavelength is at 525 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity ε525 is 3.27×104L(mol·cm).This method is simple and fast with fairly high sensitivity and can be applied to the determination of resveratrol in some natural medicines. -
