摘要: 以TPPS_4(α,β,γ,δ-tetrakis(4-sulfophenyl)porphine)作为四吡略类化合物的代表,通过共振光散射和紫外-可见光吸收表征了TPPS_4与细胞型朊蛋白在体外的相互作用.结果表明朊蛋白可诱导TPPS_4发生J-型聚集,而形成的聚集体与朊蛋白结合可抑制细胞型朊蛋白(PrP~c)向致病型朊蛋白(PrP~(Sc))转变,表明TPPS_4等四吡略类化合物对朊病毒病的治疗具有潜在的药用价值.Abstract: Considering α,β,γ,δ-tetrakis (4-sulfophenyl) porphine (TPPS_4) as a representative of tetrapyr-role compounds, we studied the interaction between cellular prion protein and TPPS_4 in vitro with UV/Vis absorbance and resonance light scattering technique.The results showed that prion protein induced the J-aggregation of TPPS_4, and the J-aggregation species inhibited PrP~(Sc) formation from PrP~c, suggesting that tetrapyrrole compounds may become a potential therapeutic drug for prion diseases.
