Composition and Diversity of Phyllospheric Bacterial Community in Tobacco Leaves Infected by Tobacco Weather Fleck

Abstract: Climatic spot disease is an important non-invasive disease affecting tobacco, in order to analyze the structure and diversity of the interleaf bacterial communities of tobacco climatic spot disease, the composition of the interleaf microbial communities of infected and healthy tobacco leaves at different times was sequenced and analyzed by using Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that the dominant bacterial genera in diseased tobacco were Exiguobacterium, Pseudomonas, Pantoea, and Acinetobacter. The dominant bacterial genera in healthy tobacco were Pseudomonas, Exiguobacterium, Acinetobacter, Pantoea and Enterococcus. In the early stage of disease infection, the diversity and abundance of interleaf bacteria were higher than that of healthy tobacco, while in the middle and late stage of disease infection, the diversity and abundance of interleaf bacteria were lower than that of healthy tobacco. Among them, the relative abundance of interleaf bacterial genera unclassified__f__Enterobacteriaceae and Microbacterium in diseased tobacco was significantly higher than that of healthy tobacco. unclassified__f__Comamonadaceae, norank__f__norank__o___Chloroplast, unclassified_f__Asticcacaulis, Cupriavidus, norank__f__Microscillaceae, norank__f__Mitochondria, and Cloacibacterium of healthy tobacco were significantly higher than those of diseased tobacco leaves. This indicates that there are some differences in the structure, diversity, dominant genera and relative abundance of interleaf bacterial communities between tobacco climacteric mottle diseased leaves and healthy tobacco leaves.
