一种液奶质量快速检测仪的参数识别新方法

摘要:
为了提高盒装奶快速品质检测仪阻尼比参数的检测精度和稳定性,提出一种液奶质量快速检测仪的参数识别新方法,该方法根据小波变换原理,利用小波脊线提取检测仪扭摆响应曲线的包络曲线,然后取对数并进行直线拟合来估计系统的阻尼比,并以此参数间接地评价液体盒装鲜奶的变质状况.仿真实验表明,该方法的计算精度和稳定性高于以往的直接计算方法和Hilbert变换方法,可以大大提高盒装奶快速品质检测仪的检测精度和可靠性.

A New Method for Liquid Milk Quality Fast Detector Parameter Identification

Abstract:
In order to improve the detection accuracy and stability of the damping ratio parameter of boxed milk quality fast detector, a new method for liquid milk quality fast detector parameter identification has been proposed in this paper. According to the wavelet transform theory, the wavelet ridge has been used to extract the envelope curve of the torsion response curve of the detector, and then the logarithm has been taken and the linear fitting been performed to estimate the damping ratio of the system. Thus the indirect parameters has been used to evaluate the deterioration status of liquid boxed milk. Through the simulation and experiment shows that the calculation accuracy and stability of this method is much higher than the past direct calculation method and Hilbert transform method, which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of boxed milk quality fast detector.
