嘧啶硫酮缓蚀剂的合成及其性能评价

摘要:
以苯甲酸为催化剂,以三乙、硫脲、3-吡啶甲醛为原料制备了4-(3-吡啶基)-6-甲基-5-乙氧羰基嘧啶-2-硫酮(简称嘧啶硫酮),用1H NMR表征其结构.采用失重法、Tafel极化法评价了嘧啶硫酮在1 mol/L HCl中对X70钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明,嘧啶硫酮在酸性环境中对X70钢的腐蚀具有较好的抑制作用,缓蚀率随温度的升高而降低,缓蚀率最大可达93.2%.在低温303K时,ΔG0<0,表明吸附过程是自发进行且符合Langmuir吸附等温式;ΔH0<0,说明嘧啶硫酮在吸附过程中放热,升高温度不利于吸附.并用SEM对X70钢表面型态做了表征.

Synthesis of Pyrimidin Thione and Evaluation of Its Corrosion Inhibition

Abstract:
Pyrimidin thione,4-(3-pyridyl))-6-methyl-5-thoxycarbonylpyrimidin-2-thione,was prepared with acetyl ethyl acetate,thiourea and 3-pyridine formaldehyde as raw materials,and benzoic acid as a catalyst. Its structures were characterized by 1HNMR. The inhibitive efficiency of pyrimidin thione on X70 steel in 1mol/L HCl was investigated with the weight loss method and Tafel polarization. The results showed that pyrimidin thione satisfactorily inhibited the corrosion of X70 steel in an acidic medium. The inhibition efficiency increased with the concentration of the inhibitor,with a maximum of 93.2%. The inhibition efficiency decreased with the increase in temperature in the test. Analysis of the data indicated a spontaneous adsorption of inhibitor on the X70 steel at 303K (ΔG0<0). The adsorption of the inhibitor on the X70 steel surface was found to obey Langmuir's adsorption isotherm. The corrosion products forming on X70 steel surface were characterized by SEM.
