青菜头缩短茎物理力学特性的试验研究

摘要:
以“涪杂2号”青菜头为试验材料,采用WDW3100型微机控制电子式万能试验机对青菜头缩短茎径向和轴向的抗压强度、屈服强度、弹性模量等力学特性进行了试验研究,并基于斜面法采用高速摄像测定了青菜头缩短茎的动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数.研究可为青菜头收获和加工机器系统的研发提供基础理论依据.

A Study of the Physical and Mechanical Properties of the Shortened Stem of Tumorous Stem Mustard

Abstract:
In order to provide a theoretical support to the research and development of harvesting and processing machine systems for tumorous stem mustard, an experiment was made with the tumorous stem mustard cv. "Fuza 2" as the research object. With the model of WDW3100 universal testing machine (computer controlled), the main mechanical properties of its shortened stem, such as the radial and axial compression strength, yield strength and elastic modulus, were tested. Based on the inclined plane method, high-speed photography was used to determine the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient of the shortened stem.
