重庆市城镇建设用地经济密度时空差异及影响因素分析

摘要:
基于重庆市38个区(县)2000-2016年城镇建设用地等面板数据计算经济密度,运用变异系数、泰尔指数和相对发展率等方法探讨经济密度的时空差异特征,并根据Pearson相关系数对其变化的影响因素进行了初步分析.结果表明:①重庆市城镇建设用地经济密度整体呈上升态势,且渝东北片区总体上要高于其他区域,空间格局分布上呈现一定的集聚效应和峰值效应;②总体差异和组内差异在不断增大,组间差异不断减小,全市整体发展还不均衡;③各区(县)间相对发展率差异性较大,以基础水平和增长速度划分的增长空间中,基础低且密度提高慢和基础高且密度提高慢2种类型区涉及地区较广;④产业结构、技术资本投入强度、城镇化水平和交通区位对经济密度变化影响较强.可见,土地节约集约利用才是适应经济新常态时期的重要途径,将来需科学配置土地资源,达到区域协调发展水平.

Analysis of the Tempo-Spatial Features of Urban Construction Land Economic Density in Chongqing and the Influencing Factors for Them

Abstract:
In this paper, economic density is calculated based on the panel data of urban construction land in 38 districts/counties of Chongqing from 2000 to 2016, and the characteristics of spatial and temporal differences in economic density are explored with the methods of coefficient of variation, Theil index and relative development rate, so as to make a preliminary analysis of the influencing factors of its change according to Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show that the overall economic density of urban construction land in Chongqing is on the rise, and is generally higher in the northeastern part than in other regions of Chongqing, showing an agglomeration effect and a peak effect in its spatial pattern distribution; that the overall and the intra-group differences are steadily increasing and the inter-group difference is decreasing, and the overall development of the city is uneven; that the relative development speed between various districts/counties is quite different, and two types of areas-one with low basic-level density and slow density increase and the other with high basic-level density and slow density increase-cover a wide area; and that industrial structure, technological capital input intensity, urbanization level and transportation location have a strong impact on the changes in economic density. It can be seen from the above analysis that intensive land use is an important way to adapt to the new normal period of economy. and it is necessary to scientifically allocate land resources to achieve a level of coordinated regional development in the future.
