大学英语教师反思性教学实践的个案研究

摘要:
采取多例个案定性研究方法探究大学英语教师反思性教学实践。通过分析4位大学英语教师的反思日志及课堂具体表现,归纳出大学英语教师反思性教学实践的主要内容、主要特点,并且指出教学反思对教师专业发展的积极促进作用,以期丰富大学英语教师反思性实践研究成果。
Abstract:This paper makes an inquiry into college English teachers reflective practice by using the qualitative research methodcase study. Through the researchers classroom observation and analysis of four college English teachers reflective diaries, the researcher intends to figure out the main contents and features of college English teachers reflection as well as whether reflective practice can provide a positive effect on their professional development. This study also intends to enrich research findings gained by qualitative approach in the field of reflective teaching practice.
