摘要:
对我国重要大骨节病区川西高海拔地区的岩石、表层土壤、沉积物、地表水和地下水进行采样分析,用原子荧光光谱法测定其中硒的质量分数.结果表明,该研究区域中多种环境介质中硒的质量分数均偏低,均低于相应国内环境介质中硒的平均质量分数.岩石中硒的质量分数范围为0.030~0.132μg/g,平均值为0.065μg/g.表土中硒的质量分数范围为0.075~0.204μg/g,均值为0.107μg/g.沉积物中硒的质量分数范围为0.069~0.310μg/g,均值为0.152μg/g.地表水中硒的质量浓度范围为 nd~0.096μg/L,平均值为0.056μg/L.地下水中硒的质量浓度范围为 nd~0.196μg/ L,平均值为0.045μg/ L.且岩石、表层土壤、地下水中硒的质量分数与海拔有较为显著的相关性,而沉积物和地表水中硒的质量分数无明显分布规律.
Abstract:
Rock samples,surface soil samples,sediment samples,surface water samples and groundwater samples have been collected from the high-altitude area of the western Sichuan province,an important Kaschin-Beck disease area in our country.The selenium concentrations in multi medium have been ana-lyzed with Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (AFS).The results show that the sample selenium contents in the research area are much less than the averages in our country samples.The contents of selenium in rock range from 0.030 μg/g to 0.132 μg/g,averaging 0.065 μg/g.The contents of selenium in surface soil range from 0.075 μg/g to 0.204 μg/g,averaging 0.107 μg/g.The contents of selenium in sediment range from 0.069 μg/g to 0.310 μg/g,averaging 0.152 μg/g.The contents of selenium in surface water range from 0 μg/g to 0.096 μg/g,averaging 0.056 μg/g.The contents of selenium in groundwater range from 0 μg/g to 0.1 96 μg/g,averaging 0.045 μg/g.The Se concentrations in rock samples,surface soil samples and groundwater samples are obviously correlative with the altitudes.And there are no regularities in the Se distributions in the sediment samples and surface water samples.
