Enabling Education with New Productivity: Logic,Valueand Pathway

摘要:
新质生产力作为一种新型且高质量的生产力形态,随着时代的发展而诞生,由科技创新驱动,超越了传统生产力。新质生产力是习近平总书记在统筹国内国际两个大局、准确分析世界变局中的各种矛盾基础上,提出的极富创造性的伟大命题。新质生产力的内在动力源于新技术的更迭、尖端人才的推动以及政策环境的培育。新质生产力赋能教育发展体现于教育行业变革、教育价值创造和教育公平实现。要实现新质生产力赋能教育发展,须做好以下几点:强化顶层设计,打造新质生产力赋能教育发展长效机制;加快资源流动,提高新质生产力赋能教育发展应用效能;实施渐进融合,推进新质生产力与教育发展深度交融。
Abstract:As a new and high-quality form of productivity,new quality productivity is born with the development of the times and is driven by scientific and technological innovation,surpassing traditional productivity. New quality productivity is a great and creative proposition put forward by General Secretary XiJinping on the basis of integrating the two major domestic and international situations and accurately analyzing the various contradictions in the changing world. The intrinsic power of the new quality productivity comes from the change of new technology,the promotion of cutting-edge talents and the cultivation of the policy environment. The new quality productivity empowered education development is reflected in the change of the education industry,the creation of education value and the realization of education equity. In order to achieve the development of education empowered by new productivity,the following points must be done:strengthen the top-level design,create a long-term mechanism for the development of education empowered by new productivity;accelerate the flow of resources to drive the development of education empowered by new productivity;and implement gradual integration to promote the in-depth integration of new productivity and education development.
