大中小学教师教育专业共同体的建构

摘要: 大中小学教师教育专业共同体是以教师教育为基本目标和主要任务,将教师教育抛锚于共同体的脉络当中所形成的专业协作伙伴组织联盟。在大学、中小学与其他教育机构的教师教育伙伴开展协作的过程中,由于参与主体内在的独特性和复杂性,各自面临不同的问题,师范生的职前教育、在职教师的职后教育以及教师教育者的多重身份等,都影响着大中小学教师教育专业共同体的形成与发展。因此,建构和完善大中小学教师教育专业共同体,需要参与主体积极互动,这样才有利于解决各自面临的问题,实现共同的目标。Abstract: Teacher education professional communities of universities,primary and secondary schools are professional partners formed by embracing the basic goals and embedding the main tasks into the context of communities.Each partner encounters different problems and bear their own uniqueness and complexity.During the process of fostering partnership between universities,primary and second-ary schools and other institutions,this calls for active participation and interaction as well as ongoing construction and improvement among partners so as to achieve the common goals and resolve individu-al problems.
